Organization	Organization Stock Building Supply Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiaries (the “Company,” “we,” “us” and “our”) distributes lumber and building materials to new construction and repair and remodeling contractors. Additionally, we provide solution-based services to our customers, including component design, product specification and installation management services. Due to the seasonal nature of our industry, sales are usually lower in the first and fourth quarters than in the second and third quarters.
