Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Subsequent Event On July 27, 2020, we entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement, between BioTelemetry, Inc., Telcare Medical Supply, LLC, Centene Corporation and Envolve PeopleCare, Inc. (the “Centene Agreement”), to acquire the On.Demand^TM remote patient monitoring and coaching platform. On.Demand^TM is a mHealth solution that combines real-time monitoring of biometric data with cellular- and web-based technology, proactive and reactive health coaching, population health reporting and customizable interventions. Pursuant to the terms of the Centene Agreement, we acquired certain assets and assumed certain liabilities that were utilized in the On.Demand business for $6.5 million in cash as well as a maximum of $2.5 million of contingent consideration. We plan to assign On.Demand to our Corporate and Other category.
