Interest on borrowings under the Credit Agreement is based on the London Interbank Offered Rate (“LIBOR”) plus an applicable margin of 4.75%. An unused line fee of 0.50% per annum is payable on any unused line balance, determined as the total loan commitment of $15,000 minus the average daily balance of the sum of the revolving loan borrowings outstanding during the preceding month. Furthermore, if the Company terminates the agreement at any point prior to the loan expiration date, the Company will incur a loan origination fee of 1.00% of the loan commitment due immediately preceding the termination.
