Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On April 22, 2022 the Company disposed of a 17,213 square foot medical office building for $6.4 million and recognized a net gain on the sale of approximately $3.7 million. This asset was classified as held for sale as of March 31, 2022. On April 26, 2022, the Company purchased a medical office facility comprising of 59,233 square feet in New Albany, Ohio for $27.7 million.
