(1) “MOB” means medical office building.

(2) The Trust received a right of first refusal to acquire the seller's future development pipeline upon completion, which currently totals nearly 240,000 net leasable square feet.

(3) The Trust received a right of first offer and a right of first refusal to acquire the building.

(4) The Trust entered into an agreement to acquire the building upon completion of construction for approximately $26.3 million. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions and there can be no assurance the Trust will complete the transactions or acquire the facility.
