Retirement Plan	Note 13—Retirement Plan The Company implemented a 401(k) profit sharing plan in August 2015 whereby eligible employees may elect to make contributions pursuant to a salary deduction agreement upon meeting age and length-of-service requirements. Employer contributions are discretionary. The retirement plan expense amounted to approximately $75,000 and $53,000 in Fiscal 2017 and Fiscal 2016, respectively.
