Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 11, 2022, Goldman Sachs BDC, Inc. (the Company) issued a press release announcing that it will report its first quarter ended March 31, 2022 financial results after the market closes on Thursday, May 5, 2022, and that it will host an earnings conference call on Friday, May 6, 2022 at 9:00 am Eastern Time to discuss its financial results. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
