In accordance with the Regulation of Relevant Information and Reserved Information, approved by Resolution SMV No. 0005-2014, we are pleased to inform that today we have reached an agreement with the Ad Hoc Public Prosecutor's Office to comply with the provisions set forth in the Final Agreement on Settlement and Cooperation of September 15, 2022, as a precondition for its homologation, whose hearing is scheduled for March 14, 2023.
