We hereby inform as a Relevant Information Communication that the Lima Stock Exchange Market Supervision Department has decided that tomorrow, Thursday, November 28, 2019, the trading of the company's common shares (GRAMONC1) will be suspended until 9:30 a.m. in order for them to enter into a price formation process that will take place until 10:00 a.m.

The Lima Stock Exchange Market Supervision Department took this decision based on the Relevant Information Communication published today regarding a potential acquisition of rights for up to 25% of the company's shares by IG4 Investimentos Ltda.

Once the suspension period indicated in the preceding paragraph is over, the trading of the securities will be resume on the Lima Stock Exchange.
