We hereby inform as a Relevant Information Communication that Graña y Montero S.A.A. (the "Company") has been notified with the Attached Superintendency Resolution SMV N° 104-2019-SMV/11, whereby Graña y Montero S.A.A. has been fined the sum of S/ 217,875.00, for the alleged infringement of minor nature consisting of the untimely presentation of the 2017 Separated FFSS, 2017 Consolidated FFSS and the 2017 Annual Report.

The Company has proceeded today with the payment of S/ 152,512.50, corresponding to the fine imposed with the reduction of 30% for prompt payment, in accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of the Sanctions Regulations approved by Resolution CONASEV No. 055-2001-EF/94.10, in force at the time of the occurrence of the facts imputed.
