We hereby inform as a Relevant Information Communication that in relation to the information disseminated by various media in connection to the request for Immunized Cooperation presented by the former directors José Graña Miró Quesada and Hernando Graña Acuña in relation to the cases currently being investigated by the Special Team in the Lava Jato case, we would like to clarify that Graña y Montero S.A.A. does not form part of that process of Immunized Cooperation nor have any interference in the defence of any of Mr. Graña's.

In this sense, the company has been cooperating with the prosecutor's office, independently of its former directors, by providing relevant information to clarify the facts under investigation.
