Dear Sirs:

On April 2, 2018, we communicated as a Relevant Information Communication, information related to a possible transfer of shares owned by CAM Holding SpA - a subsidiary of Graña y Montero Group - issued by CAM Chile SpA in favor of El Cóndor Combustibles.

On this regard, we comply to inform that CAM Holding SpA and El Cóndor Combustibles have decided by mutual agreement to end these negotiations within the framework of the aforementioned transaction (and any other negotiation held to El Cóndor Combustibles acquires stake in companies related to CAM Holding Spa).
