Dear Sirs:

By means of the present letter, we hereby announce as a Relevant Information Communication, that today, August 10, 2017, our subsidiary STRACON GyM S.A. has received an addendum to the contract for mining services that has been providing to Minera La Zanja SRL since 2010.

The purpose of the Addendum is to extend the contract term by an additional twelve (12) months, counted from January 1, 2018 until December 31, 2018.

The amount of the Addendum amounts to approximately US$ 30 million.
