It should be noted that it will subsequently be submitted to the General Shareholders' Meeting for approval as an integral part of the Company's Annual Report, in accordance with the relevant laws. If the General Shareholders’ Meeting proposes and approves any change, it will be resent to the United Nations Global Compact Organization.
