Reference:  Relevant Information Communication

Dear Sirs:

In accordance to what is established by the Regulation for Relevant Information Communications and Reserved Information, we hereby inform you that in line with the Relevant Information Communications released on February 27 and February 28, 2017, the Company has replaced the law firm Smyser, Kaplan & Veselka, LLP for the US law firm Simpson Thacher & Barlett, LLP, as legal counsel to provide legal defense and legal representation in connection to the civil lawsuit filed in the federal courts of the United States of America.

In this regard, it is important to note that the Company has waived its right to receive a formal notice, and this has been made known to the Court of the Federal District of East New York of the United States of America. In that sense, we comply with informing that this class action seeks monetary compensation plus interests for alleged damages caused to plaintiffs. If the claim is granted, the compensation amount would be determined by the Court in the civil proceeding.

Finally, we reiterate our commitment to disseminate the relevant events that are generated in relation to the Graña y Montero Group in a timely manner and before any person or media.

Sincerely,
