We make reference to the news published today, December 21, 2016, in “Gestion” and in “La República” newspapers, and in other media, in which it is indicated that the Canadian company Brookfield will buy from Odebrecht its shares in the Peruvian Southern Gas Pipeline (“GSP”).

In this regard, we are pleased to inform that - to the best of our knowledge - there are companies interested in acquiring Odebrecht's participation in GSP; however, we are not aware that, to date, Odebrecht has signed an official document with any of the companies interested in the acquisition.

On the other hand, and as indicated by the Executive through the Minister of Economy, we communicate that we continue working on the Bankability Addendum for GSP which is at an advanced stage.
