Hereby we inform as a Relevant Information Communication that in accordance with a communication that we sent on March 31, 2016, hereby we confirm that having complied with the procedure prescribed in the bylaws and in the shareholders agreement of the company Transportadora de Gas del Perú S.A. (“TgP”), we can confirm that on April 21, 2016, we have closed the purchase operation with Enagás Internacional S.L.U., through which becomes effective the transfer of the totality of our shares –which represent 1.64% of the capital stock of TgP – for a total amount of US$ 31,900,000.00.
