Hereby we inform as a Relevant Information Communication that on January 22, 2016, we have acknowledge that our subsidiary CAM Colombia Multiservicios S.A.S., has obtained the Buena Pro for the “Comprehensive Electricity Contract developing work services, network protection, conventional measure, energy control, MT-BT maintenance, service provision, outsourced help desk, operational mobile/mobile office, household operations, special markets as well as AT maintenance” for the Colombian client Electricaribe S.A. E.S.P., which is part of Gas Natural Fenosa Group.

The contract has a duration period of five years, with an option of extending it for two additional years.

The approximate amount of the contract is of US$ 63,000,000.00 in addition to the value added tax (I.V.A.).
