Hereby we inform as a Relevant Information Communication that on January 4, 2016, we have received an offer from Adexus S.A. company based in Chile, for the acquisition of new shares of the company; as a result, today 4th of January 2016 we have subscribed 8,929 shares of the mentioned company, and therefore have increased our participation from 44% to 52%.

This acquisition of shares has an approximate value of US$ 2,500,000.00 (Two million five hundred thousand and 00/100 dollars of the United States of America).
