Hereby we inform as a Relevant Information Communication that - by virtue of the Memorandum of Understanding communicated on July 16 presented under File N° 2015028626 and, by virtue of the subscription of the contract for the operation of the San Ramon Gold Mine communicated yesterday under File N° 2015033476 - today, August 20, 2015, our subsidiary STRACON GYM S.A., has acquired 16,769,680 from Red Eagle Mining Corporation for a price of 0.27 Canadian Dollars per share, and which represent 9.97% of the share capital of the company.

After this operation, STRACON GyM holds 33,539,360 shares from Red Eagle Mining Corporation which represent 19.94% of the share capital.
