Dear Sirs:

Hereby we inform as a Relevant Information Communication that today, August 19, 2015, our subsidiary Viva GyM S.A. has subscribed a contract for the transfer of shares and rights by which it acquires 78.547% of the shares and rights of “El Rancho” project for approximately US$ 49,800,000.00.

The project is situated on a land of 15,519.81 m2, located on Av. Benavides 2650 in Miraflores district, in Lima-Perú where 116 apartment units and 357 parking spaces are being developed grouped in 6 blocks of flats, duplex and triplex apartments.

Among the differentiating attributes of the project, it is worth mentioning that it has a large green area of approximately 3,000m2.

It currently registers an advance of 80% of the structures, and is missing the construction of one apartment block, as well as 100% of the finishes and common areas.
