Hereby we inform as a Relevant Information Communication, that our subsidiary Norvial S.A. has presented the results corresponding to the Primary Public Offering placement of bonds for the First and Second Issuance of the “Norvial First Corporate Bonds Program”, executed on the date under the Institutional Investors’ Market Regulation. The placement of such bonds was conducted in accordance with the following conditions:
