Hereby we inform as a Relevant Information Communication that, today February 05, 2015, our subsidiary GMP.S.A has subscribed with Petróleos del Perú-PETROPERU S.A the complementary partnership agreement for the incorporation of the latter, with a participation of 25%, as a non-operator partner in the contract for the license for exploitation of hydrocarbons in Blocks III and IV according to the adjudication granted to Graña y Montero S.A.A. on December 12, 2014 and communicated as a Relevant Information Communication under file N° 2014046739.

Its incorporation as an associate will take place once certain precedent conditions from Petroperú are fulfilled, including government approvals.
