Dear Sirs:

Hereby we inform as a Relevant Information Communication that on October 01, 2014 we have been notified by our Chilean subsidiary Vial y Vives - DSD S.A., that they have received an adjudication letter with the “Buena Pro” for the project denominated 01-OC: “Construction of Civil Works for Ñuble de Pasada Hydroelectric Plant” for the client Hidroeléctrica Ñuble SpA (subsidiary of Eléctrica Puntilla S.A.), dated September 30, 2014.

The project consists on the execution of all the necessary civil works for the proper functioning of the Ñuble Hydroelectric Plant, which consists on the construction of the water intake, abduction canal, discharge piping and the machine house.

The amount of this project is of US$ 187´566,763.74.
