Hereby we inform as a Relevant Information Communication that pursuant to the Communication we filed on December 19, 2013 under file number N° 2013045451, we now indicate that on May 09, 2014, the company Concesionaria Chavimochic S.A.C., where we hold a direct interest of 26.5%, has subscribed the concession contract for the design and construction of the hydraulic works for the third phase, as well as for the maintenance and operation of the works for the first, second and third of the Chavimochic project.

This infrastructure project will incorporate 63,000 hectares for modern agriculture and will improve the irrigation of 48,000 hectares La Libertad region, in northern Peru.
