Hereby we inform as a Relevant Information Communication, that on February 10, 2014, our subsidiary Viva GyM S.A. was awarded with the Buena Pro of the public bidding process N° 03-FMV/GNI-2013, for the affordable housing mega project denominated “Ciudad La Alameda de Ancon”, announced and promoted by Fondo MIVIVIENDA S.A., which consists on the adjudication of a land of 1,089,658 m2 located in Ancon district, where 11,000 housing units will be built in several stages.

The project previously mentioned, will demand an approximate investment of S/. 1,000 million in different stages. Once the contract is subscribed, we will fulfill to communicate it as a Relevant Information Communication.
