Hereby we inform as a Relevant Information Communication, that on December 19, 2013, our subsidiaries Concesionaria Via Expresa Sur S.A. and GyM S.A. subscribed a contract for the construction of the Via Expresa Sur, which includes providing earth movement services in the outline of the route, as well as the construction and equipment of the project.

The estimated amount of the contract is of USD 83’269,000.00 and will be executed in a period of two years.
