ORGANIZATION AND DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS	NOTE 1 - ORGANIZATION AND DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS Resort Savers, Inc. (the “Company”) is a Nevada corporation incorporated on June 25, 2012. It is based in Anacortes, WA, USA. The accounting and reporting policies of the Company conform to accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America, and the Company’s fiscal year end is January 31. The Company is a development stage company that intends to establish itself as a brand that provides online discount activities, dining and entertainment, targeting North America’s most popular travel destinations. The company will deliver to consumers great value to both leisure and business travel and provide advertisers the opportunity to reach highly valuable audiences in these destinations. To date, the Company’s activities have been limited to its formation and the raising of equity capital.
