Note 14 – Related Party Transactions

From time-to-time, the Company and its subsidiaries have business dealings with companies owned by directors and beneficial shareholders of the Company. Payments made to these companies that exceeded the disclosure threshold of $120 thousand in 2023 are reported below.

In 2023 and 2022, leasing/rental expenditures of $543 thousand and $528 thousand respectively, (including reimbursements for taxes, insurance, and other expenses) were paid to an entity indirectly owned by a director of the Company.
