Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions Howard Schwimmer We engage in transactions with Howard Schwimmer, our Co-Chief Executive Officer, earning management fees and leasing commissions from entities controlled individually by Mr. Schwimmer. Fees and commissions earned from these entities are included in “Management, leasing and development services” in the consolidated statements of operations. We recorded $0.1 million and $0.1 million for the three months ended September 30, 2017 and 2016, respectively, and $0.3 million and $0.2 million for the nine months ended in September 30, 2017 and 2016, respectively, in management, leasing and development services revenue.
