Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions Howard Schwimmer We engage in transactions with Howard Schwimmer, our Co-Chief Executive Officer, earning management and leasing commissions from entities controlled individually by Mr. Schwimmer. Fees and commissions earned from these entities are included in “Management, leasing and development services” in the consolidated statements of operations. We recorded $0.3 million, $0.2 million and $0.2 million during the years ended December 31, 2016, 2015 and 2014, respectively, in management, leasing and development services revenue.
