Item 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION / Item 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE

Telenet Group Holding NV (Telenet) is a wholly-owned, indirect subsidiary of Liberty Global Ltd. (Liberty Global). Telenet is a leading provider of cable television, high-speed internet access and fixed and mobile telephony services in Belgium and Luxembourg. The consolidated financial statements of Telenet have been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by the European Union.

On February 15, 2024, Liberty Global provided selected, preliminary unaudited financial and operating information for Telenet for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 by issuing a press release. The full text of that press release, appearing in Exhibit 99.1 hereto, is incorporated herein by reference.

The press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 is being furnished to the SEC under both Item 2.02 “Results of Operations and Financial Condition” and Item 7.01 “Regulation FD Disclosure” of Form 8-K.
