Equity	Equity Share Repurchases. During the three months ended March 31, 2020, we repurchased (i) 9,000 shares of our class A ordinary shares at an average price per share of $16.33 and (ii) 13,452,600 shares of our class C ordinary shares at an average price per share of $16.71, for an aggregate purchase price of $224.4 million, including direct acquisition costs. In February 2020, our board of directors authorized an additional $1.0 billion for share repurchases. At March 31, 2020, the remaining amount authorized for share repurchases was $842.7 million.
