Distribution agreement description	The Company entered into a Distribution Agreement on September 2, 2017 with the Bosko Group LLC providing them a non-exclusive right to market the sales of the Company's DVD's. The Distribution Agreement requires the Company to pay the Bosko Group LLC ten percent (10%) of the selling price of the DVD's sold. This agreement remained in effect for a period of 4 years and has been automatically renewed for an additional 4 years with no limit on the number of times the agreement may be automatically renewed, unless either party gives notice to the other of its desire to terminate the Agreement at least sixty (60) days before expiration of the original or renewal term.
