Summary of Long-lived Assets by Geographical Regions

The United States was the only country that represented more than 10% of the Company's revenues, comprising of $293.1 million, $240.1 million and $204.2 million in the years ended January 31, 2022, 2021 and 2020, respectively.

Long-lived assets by geographical region are based on the location of the legal entity that owns the assets. As of January 31, 2022 and 2021, long lived assets by geographic region were as follows:
