Amounts below are inclusive of fees and other expense reimbursements incurred from and due to the Advisor that were passed through and ultimately paid to Lincoln as a result of the Advisor’s former arrangements with Lincoln:

(1)Amounts for the three and six months ended June 30, 2022 and 2021 are included in acquisition and transaction related expenses in the consolidated statements of operations and comprehensive loss.
(2)Amounts for the three and six months ended June 30, 2022 and 2021 are included in property operating expenses in the consolidated statements of operations and comprehensive loss with the exception of approximately $0.4 million and $0.8 million of leasing fees incurred in the three and six months ended June 30, 2022, respectively, and $0.3 million and $1.7 million incurred in the three and six months ended June 30, 2021, respectively, which were capitalized and are included in deferred costs, net in the consolidated balance sheet. A portion of leasing fees are ultimately paid to a third party.
(3)Amounts for the three and six months ended June 30, 2022 and 2021 are included in general and administrative expense in the consolidated statements of operations and comprehensive loss. Includes amounts for directors’ and officers’ insurance.
