Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 7, 2019, Mallinckrodt plc announced that it was not proceeding with a planned spin-off of its Specialty Generics business. Given that the spin-off plans have been suspended, Matthew Harbaugh, Executive Vice President and President, Specialty Generics, left the company effective September 6, 2019.
