Hemisphere Media Group, Inc. (the “Company”) has begun airing commercial advertising on the U.S. feed of its Spanish-language cable movie network, Cine Latino, which has historically been commercial-free. The Company plans on having a limited number of commercial breaks, significantly below averages for other advertising supported television networks.
