On April 8, 2018, Arcturus Therapeutics Ltd. (the “Company”) announced that, upon the recommendation of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”), the Board approved postponing the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) previously scheduled for May 7, 2018.
