SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Dividend Declared On August 3, 2023, PBF Energy, PBF Holding’s indirect parent, announced a dividend of $0.20 per share on its outstanding Class A common stock. The dividend is payable on August 31, 2023 to PBF Energy Class A common stockholders of record at the close of business on August 17, 2023. Early Termination of the Inventory Intermediation Agreement On July 31, 2023, in conjunction with the early termination of the Third Inventory Intermediation Agreement, the Company made a provisional payment of $268.0 million for the inventory previously held by J. Aron and the related costs associated with exiting the agreement.
