On October 27, 2020, Allakos Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce select preliminary financial results for the three months ended September 30, 2020. A copy of the press release issued concerning the preliminary results is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
