12. Employee Benefit Plan

The Company sponsors a retirement plan for its U.S. employees, which includes an employee savings plan established under Section 401(k) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code, or the 401(k) Plan. The 401(k) Plan covers substantially all full-time employees who meet certain eligibility requirements. Contributions to the retirement plan are at the discretion of management. The Company’s matching contributions to the plan were approximately $78,000 and $66,000 for the years ended December 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively.
