Note 1 - Description of Business and Basis of Presentation	NOTE 1 – DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS AND BASIS OF PRESENTATION Description of Business NutraFuels, Inc. (the “Company”) was incorporated in Florida as a limited liability company on April 10, 2010 and converted to a regular corporation on December 3, 2012. NutraFuels is the producer of nutritional supplements that uses micro molecular formulae and a utilization of an oral spray to provide faster and more efficient absorption. Basis of presentation The financial statements have been prepared by NutraFuels, Inc. in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States. The information furnished herein reflects all adjustments (consisting of normal recurring accruals and adjustments), which are, in the opinion of management, necessary to fairly present the operating results for the respective periods.
