Note 1 - NATURE OF OPERATIONS AND CONSOLIDATION	NutraLife BioSciences, Inc. F/K/A NutraFuels, Inc. (“We and the Company”) is the producer and distributor of nutritional supplements that uses micro molecular formulae and a utilization of an oral spray to provide faster and more efficient absorption.
