The following is a summary of the completed sales of our Class A Common Stock in registered public offerings for the first quarter of 2018:

⁽¹⁾ The January 17, 2018 offering consisted of 17.7 million shares of Class A common stock offered by the Company and 1.5 million shares offered directly by our Principal Equityholder, TPG.
