SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On October 12, 2017 we completed the purchase of 112 acres of land in South Carolina for $10.5 million. The land was purchased from IOTA Doby Bridge, LLC which is managed and partly owned by Gibralter Capital and Asset Managment, LLC, a fund managed by one of our principal equityholders, Oaktree Capital.
