RELATED-PARTY TRANSACTIONS	RELATED-PARTY TRANSACTIONS From time to time, we may engage in transactions with entities or persons that are affiliated with us or one or more of the Principal Equityholders. Such transactions with related parties are typically conducted in the normal course of operations and are generally executed at arm’s length, as they are entered into at terms comparable to those entered into with unrelated third parties. For the three and six months ended June 30, 2017, we engaged in equity offering transactions with our principal equityholders. Refer to Note 11 - Stockholders' Equity for discussion regarding such transactions. During the three months ended June 30, 2017, we entered into a contract to purchase 140 home lots in Tustin, California for a total purchase price of $30.0 million from Intracorp Companies, which is owned and controlled by a member of the Board of Directors. For the three and six months ended June 30, 2016 there were no related-party transactions.
