Related-Party Transactions	RELATED-PARTY TRANSACTIONS From time to time, we may engage in transactions with entities or persons that are affiliated with us or one or more of the Principal Equityholders. For the three and nine months ended September 30, 2016, there were no such transactions. For the three months ended September 30, 2015, there were no such transactions and for the nine months ended September 30, 2015, there were $16.8 million in real estate inventory acquisitions from such affiliates. Such real estate transactions with related parties are in the normal course of operations and are executed at arm’s length, as they are entered into at terms comparable to those entered into with unrelated third parties.
