Rent and Other Receivables	Note 4. Rent and Other Receivables Included in rent and other receivables, net is an allowance for doubtful accounts of $0.2 million and $1.2 million, as of June 30, 2014 and December 31, 2013, respectively. Also included in rent and other receivables, net, are receivables related to payments made on single-family properties for which sales have been rescinded or unwound due to legal issues beyond our control. These receivables totaled $1.3 million as of June 30, 2014 and December 31, 2013.

The entire disclosure for claims held for amounts due a entity, excluding financing receivables. Examples include, but are not limited to, trade accounts receivables, notes receivables, loans receivables. Includes disclosure for allowance for credit losses.
