[1] Subsequent to the filing of the 10-Q for the three months ended March 31, 2015, the Company elected to early adopt ASU 2015-02 with an effective date of January 1, 2015. As a result of this adoption, all of the ZAIS Managed Entities which were consolidated in the 10-Q for the three months ended March 31, 2015 were deconsolidated.
